Process Strategy Coaching

We’ll start by determining your specific goals, and from there I’ll guide you through the process improvements you can make to reach them. We can schedule a single strategy session to discuss the “low-hanging fruit” that will give you the most value quickly, or we can work together more regularly to iteratively tackle your most stubborn process challenges. Whatever structure is right for you, I’ll focus in on the areas that matter most to you and deliver specific and actionable steps you can take to improve your team’s processes. Some example focus areas could include (but aren’t limited to):

  • Automating QA processes
  • Driving towards Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery
  • Improving communication between designers and developers

Software Process Checkups

If you’re looking for a more hands-on approach than one on one strategy sessions, I also offer complete software process check-ups. I’ll use strategies such as stakeholder interviews, team workshops, and shadowing to get to the heart of your business goals and challenges. I’ll then develop a detailed process plan to help you get to where you want to be. By focusing on the specific problems you’re trying to solve, we can make improvements extremely efficiently. Traditional audit processes rely on long lead times and heavy documentation. My targeted approach will deliver actionable insights focused on the areas you care about in the shortest time possible.
